Jeff is a US citizen and has 36+ years of contracts/subcontracts experience working with US Government and commercial customers. He spent over 16 of those years working with Ukrainian subcontractors on the Antares launch vehicle program as well as the Pegasus and Taurus launch vehicles.

His work on these programs resulted in successful satellite launches for NASA, the U.S. Air Force, the Kingdom of Spain, Brazil and Taiwan.

In addition to contracts work, he also assisted in implementing a robust export compliance program for the Antares program and has experience with writing, submitting and managing Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), Technology Transfer Control Plans (TTCPs) and other aspects of Import/Export Compliance programs.
